Migrating from Quickmail to OS X mail

I've just started the slow and arduous process of trying to migrate from one mail server to a much more powerful G4 Server we installed a year ago. For years we've been using Quickmail Pro Server, it's functional, user-friendly on both client and sysad ends so while I don't see the need to migrate, for some reason others do. What I'm wondering is this:



Can anyone either specify for me what the formats are of OS X mail and Quickmail files and/or direct me towards a migration script?
