Powerbook network cable routing on desk

I've got my Powerbook on my desk. With the power cable on the left side running towards the outlet on the left of my desk, and my network cable on my right side and running around the computer and being pulled off the desk on the left as well, what's the best way for me to manage these two cables so they don't look as "messy?"

    TWo options

    1) Have the cables go straight back off the back of your desk, (may have to extend them

    or

    2) drill a hole right behind your powerbook, and have the cables run through that so they are not even visable at all!

    Get AirPort?

I frequently use tie-wraps or plain, white twisty-ties to manage long, cumbersome cables.

However, I'm with the other dude. Get Airport.

I must have a serious, obsessive-compulsive cable-clutter disorder. I went wireless even though I only own a desktop. Once you go wireless, you'll never go back.
