easiest way to send an html email?

i need to create a very simple html email, just with a few links and a graphic. how can i do this? if i create the page in dreamweaver is there some app that i can use to send it out? I use OS X Mail and as far as i know it is not capable of this...

    It's seems to be next-to-impossible to do in Mail. Try using Mozilla or Thunderbird instead. Or you could try installing the free-software MailPictures plug-in for Mail, but people seem to get uneven results with it.



    A better solution would be to not send html at all. If all you're sending are a couple links and an image, why don't you just send the links as plain-text and the image as an attachment? Most email clients these days will render the links as clickable hyperlinks and the attachment as an inline image, no html required. Or, if you really need to send an entire web page, send the link to the web page (as plain text) instead of all the content.
