internet link wihout DVD@ccess?

Is it possible? If so, then how? I'm working on a DVD project that has to link to some sponsorsites, it works fine on my mac with dvd@ccess but on an few windows test machines I ran in to some problems. A few of the machines just don't open the link, and yes dvd@ccess is installed. On this forum Apple DVD Studio Pro somebody sortoff suggested that you don't need the .exe but how?
