For those who have the new PM...

It would be very interesting that those who have the new powermac already post their impressions, benchmarks, what upgrade they do (second optical drive, HD, RAM), quieter/louder than, etc.

I will give mine when my Dual Gig will be here (in two weeks) with GF4, 2 GB RAM.



EDIT: Apparently the best upgrade to do for a CDRW is the LITE-ON 40/12/48 (Model: RTL40125S), Black color and compatible with Disc Burner and iTunes for $65 (www.newegg.com). For the RAM, go to Transintl: 512 Mb DDR2700: $159.

    Mine won't arrive for another couple weeks either. All I added was the GeForce 4 Ti, and I'm going to add another 512 of RAM. That's it for now... maybe another large capacity hard drive in the future some time.
