Is there anyway I can decharge my powersupply so it's safe to open? I'd like to take the fan out if it and use it in a different system. It's an ol AT powersupply 230W.

    just unplug it and run a meter to the prongs to see if there is any voltage left in the caps.



    I opened tons of power supplies with no problems.
