My 20GB is making a lot of noise, and I don't want it to die with my data. (it's not REALLY loud, but it is louder that it should be.)

Anyways, I am looking for a replacement. Can my machine hold a 12mm 2.5" drive? If so, that would be good.

I'm looking at the IBM Travelstar 48GH which is 5400RPM 2048K Buffer 12mm (32GB version).

Here's a link from OWC.

Let me know if you have any good or bad experiences with that too, if you will.

Thanks.

Thanks, placed the order. In the meantime I'm going to be looking for replacements to that pesky powerbook fan.
