Low signal on Extreme card on iBook

Just been setting up my Airport Express network with me iMac (with standard Airport Card) and iBook (with Extreme Card). When I place them almost side by side I get full signal on the iMac but not even 50% on the iBook. Has anyone here had problems with the signal on iBook? What can possibly cause this?

    Did you plug in the antenna? That's the only thing I can think of.

    Yes I did, I don't even get signal if I go behind a thin wall. The antenna must be broken or something

    Problem solved, thanks mate Just unplugged the antenna, put it on again and everything is fine now. It's 3.18 am here now and I'm writing this in the master bedroom with no wires attached- How nice 8)
