Persistant AFP connection - How?

I have a cube running 10.3.4 sharing it's drive using afp, I can manually connect to this drive from other macs but I want to ENSURE that at all times, irregardless of who is logged in on whichever machine of mine, they get the same share available without having to log in or click anything. Is this possible?
