saving streaming files?

im looking for an app that will save streaming video and audio files in windows media and real player formats. any suggestions? btw, freeware would be nice.

Look up Snapz Pro at www.versiontracker.com. It's a screen capture program which means you won't grab the actual stream, but you can grab the video.
