How much do you think a 3 car garage would cost to build?
Depends on a few things;
Is this a separate garage or will it be attached to an existing home? How big do you want it to be? Do you want a hipped roof or a gabled roof? Will you be building this or will you have a contractor do it?
Construction/material prices are still quite high. I wouldn't have a guess for you but you can call around to local contractors and they should be able to give you a pretty close price/sq. foot estimate for just a garage.

It could be rather cheap depending on what it will be used for, and the materials used...You could spec it out as a pole barn type of structure and you could have your poles 8' on center as opposed to your typical house construction...You could get some pre-fabbed trusses for your roof, so from there you would just have to put some plywood on the top and some shingles and call it good...So, overall, it depends! But you have several options.
