burning dvd-r
Im new to the mac world and a little frustrated I try to backup a dvd I own and what I take for granted on a pc does not work with the mac. This is a g3 and I have tried toast and nti demo dragonburn , they start the process and then lock up the mac. I am using a ide sony dvd burner also when it does'nt lock up it gets to about 20% done and quits. Using a 40gig hd in ide slot 2 and have the os on the scsi drive 9gig
tried to put osx on the ide drive but it would not work os9 did but osx wouldnt still cant understand that! Thanks in advance
