10.3 reinstall issues
had some nasty kernel panics that i was able to resolve ( bad ram chip). But unfortunately, i was also forced to do a reinstall of the system software. i did the old archive and install with the old import your user info and network settings option. all went smooth until restart when none of my users pop into the login screen. i just get "other". of course none of my passes work, so i'm unable to go any further. i pretty sure, if i remember correctly, you can change or reset your password from the panther boot disk, but the bigger question remains; where did my users go and how do i get them back? they should work seeing how they are still located in the user directory. anyone have any ideas. thanks.
