HELP! Security Zone settings and html forms...

I need some quick help from you guys pronto please! OS 9.2.2 running IE 5.1.7 and I'm getting this business, "Your Security Zone settings do not allow you to send html forms".



I've gone into the preferences to lower the security setting, no dice. Another weird thing is that my settings do not stay put!



Deadline approaching and I need some advice Mac-heads!
