Unstuffing a zipped file

SO, I downloaded this zipped file (2.2 gigs), and I've been trying to unzip it using stuffit, but then it says that it was compressed in a way that my computer just doesn't jive with. I've heard that to unzip this, you need WinZip. Only problem is that I am of course running on my lovely little mac.

Does anyone know of any programs that are similar to Winzip that I could try?

    There is currently a fight going on in the PC side of things about two companies who have their own extensions to the zip format to allow for encryption, both of which are proprietary. You might be running into that. There is no solution other than unzipping (with the password) on the software that created the archive (only on Windows).
