I just discovered this the other day. Forgive me if it's common knowledge.
If you go into the Quicktime prefpane and click MIME Types, then select PDF (it's under Images), then all your browsers will display PDFs in window instead of saving them!

Ok, maybe if i have some 1000x700 pdfs...otherwise they are all scrunched and unzoomable beyond maximizing the window.

I know about the PDF plugin. I just thought this might satisfy the "It should be a built in feature!" crowd's bitching.
