What HD for TiBook 867?
My PowerBook 867 is at service. People on this forum say it's probably the Hard Drive (and a fan and some minor parts). I guess the repair-shop is going to (among other things)offer me a new drive, but this I can buy and install my self. Does any Hard Drive fit, as long as it's 9,5mm thick and 2,5"? I can buy a 7200 RPM 80 GB 2,5" drive as a replacement for the tiny 40 GB?
If that is the case, why does people buy PB's with internal HD at all? HD's are really inexpensive these days.
