1. Download and install "MacOpener & EphPod Bundle" from DataViz here.

2. Download and install "PodUtil" from here.

3. Shut down your machine.

4. Plug iPod into USB port with iPod USB cable.

5. Boot your PC.

6. Run PodUtil. It takes a long time to launch.

7. Find your iPod and copy files as desired.

The MacOpener trial version works for 15 days. Normal price is $50.

Be warned that unless you have an iPod Mini or a 4G iPod, your iPod will run out of battery quickly, as the USB port does not provide power to 3G iPods.

    1. Connect your iPod, without launching iTunes .

    2. Open your iPod, right click and choose “Explore” then go to the control

    panel,Protable Media, and double-click your ipod .

    3. Go to Options (in the Tools menu), and on the View tab, check “Show Hidden Files and

    Folders”.

    4. Select songs and music and drop them to a folder on your hard drive.

    5. Go into iTunes Preferences, and under the Advanced tab, check “Keep iTunes Music

Folder Organized” and “Copy files to iTunes Music Folder when adding to the library”

6.Add your files ,select file in iTunes and add folder to library and and select the

folder where you copied the files from your iPod.

If above can’t help you, you can try to google it on the internet to find the guides
