bugs. Do not contact Aspyr tech support about any problems that occur with Battlefield 1942 when running this patch. A specific

TO INSTALL
Before installing you may want to make backups of your existing Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 1942 The Road To Rome applications,
in case you want to revert to the original versions after trying out the patch. The easiest way to do this is to create an archive of
the applications by selecting both of their icons, control-clicking on one icon and choosing "Create Archive of 2 items" from the
popup menu.
To install this patch, replace your existing Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 1942 The Road To Rome applications by dragging the
newer versions into your existing Battlefield 1942 folder.
NEW FEATURES AND BUG FIXES
- Added joystick support for Saitek Cyborg 3D and EVO.
- Added automatic on-the-fly joystick calibration. When you're in the main menu, before you try to assign joystick controls to any of
the actions, you should move all axis controls on the joystick through their full range. This should only have to be done once for a
particular joystick.
- Made some improvements to networking bottlenecks.
- Potentially fixed issues where PunkBuster was not able to update itself.
- Fixed unresponsiveness when trying to display the server list when you do not have an internet connnection.
- Fixed problem with Mac servers showing up as a gray square instead of an icon in the server browser.
- Computers that fail the minimum CPU speed requirement are now allowed to play the game.
