using webcam from mac to pc

is there a messenger program that will let me view someone on their webcam? im pretty sure msn wont let me view the other person. there must be at least one out there, otherwise this is retarted.

    iChat for Mac with AIM for WIndows will do it.

    sorry, should have been more specific. i use msn (no choice here, everyone i know uses it) so i need something that will support webcam for msn messenger.

    There is no app out there that speaks "MSN" and supports a webcam on Mac.
