Hi, people it's me again... Anyways, I have a 512MB stick of ram I was assured was mac ram by the supplier. It's a 168 pin dumm that is PC133 yet tested and certified for use with PC100/66 boards. It's unbuffered and is 64x4 and is non-parity (whatever that means). It doesn't however show that I have added the memory! I hope someone can help me!

Thanks!!!

    a) are you sure it snapped into place

    b) it, or the slot could be dead, tried it out in any other slots, or in another computer?

    c) have you taken the numbers off the stick and verified that the ram is what you thought it was?

    d) what model of computer are you running, have you verified that it will take a 512 stick? (*hint* many PC 66 computers won't)

    My machine is a 350Mhz Sawtooth G4. It has a 100Mhz FSB, a 64MB Radeon 900 Pro and a 10 and 80GB hard drives.
