Way to go mom! 1st iTunes purchase.

I hmurchison hereby commemorate this day Sept 22 2004 as the first day my computer neophyte mother purchased her first iTunes track. Congrats mother and thanks for the exuberant call...I told you it would be easy.





grrr guess this means I'll have to buy her an iPod mini too. 8)

    When I downloaded iTunes to her computer and briefly showed her how to use it I never thought she'd actually use it. She tends to forget things like this. That's why a few months later I'm shocked that she calls me up excited and says "I just bought my first itune"



    She's like many people out there that haven't experienced iTunes. They believe it "has" to be harder than what it is. I think Apple has barely scratched the surface as far as bringing new users in.



    I give her about 6 months and she'll probably have more tracks than I have. She makes a lot more money than I do.
