Problem with iTunes
My powerbook's hard drive is nearly full so I moved my iTunes folder to my firewire drive, and under the advanced section of the iTunes preferences changed the location of the folder on the firewire hard drive. I then erased the iTunes music folder on my powerbook.
Now iTunes doesn't see my songs (my library is empty). what did I do wrong?

Did you throw out the folder named "iTunes", or the folder within that folder named "iTunes Music"?
If you threw out "iTunes", you will have lost the database which keeps track of your library contents, playlists, and the like. You can rebuild your library by dragging the folder you put on your firewire drive into the iTunes window (with Library selected in the left column). But you'll have to rebuild your playlists, and you'll have lost things like play counts and the way you've added/removed/moved/resized any of the library column headers.
