Sheetfed scanner suggestions?

I was looking for some sheetfed scanning solutions for OSX (25 to 50+ pages at a time), but have had a hard time coming up with anything that says one way or another if it will do the job.

I'd like a sheetfed scanner that works natively with OSX, then good OCR software to read and convert the files to searchable .pdf's.

Anyone out there know of good sheetfed scanners? Are there other OCR software packages outside of Omnipage and ReadIris?

If not, anyone have any particular recommendations?

well, the paperport used to be the best at this sort of thing. i mean, yes, you had to feed the document one sheet at a time, but it worked great. but then they stopped updating the software.

it's definitely not easy to find these sorts of things anymore, because most people either resort to...

a.) the built-in feeder on their office copier, so long as it's networked AND you can find good drivers

    or

b.) buy an all-in-one fax/scanner combo, which also has the feeder built-in, but again, you run into driver problems (well, finding them anyway)

Scanner/printer/fax all-in-ones ca ndo the job.

The HP 4210 is about $150 and comes with Readiris. You can put only 20 sheets in the feeder tray though as I understand.
