What is FlipAlbum? Where can I see some info on it? Is it a free download?
iDunno
Sorry about that....Not sure how to put a link in here but the site is http://www.flipalbum.com Some photography shops use it to make CDs on which their clients can nicely view the photographs taken. The co-worker next to me just got her wedding photos back on one of these CDs. I thought it was pretty cool. Reviews of the product online aren't all great. But I think some reviewers are looking for stricly "pro" stuff.
I video wedding days as a side business and make pretty good money using just iMovie and some plug-ins. Kind of getting into still photography and was considering purchasing this product....

the company i used to work for tried n online newsletter using a third party vendor who made this 3D flipping book version of the newsletter, and i later found out that it was simply this software they were using, and then charging us a ridiculous amount of money. if you're using it simply as a photo display device, it's okay, though prtty limited one-trick pony. the company we worked with tried to use it as a means to display multi-page HTML, with medium-to-terrible results.

Thanks for the information!
That (using it simply as a photo display device) is all I would be using it for. I'll ponder on this some more....
