Why bother with HP's lame band stickers when you can now get a 4th Gen iPod in Twenty new colours

Docks too.

What amazes me is they've picked some of the ugliest shades of those colours.

Who is doing this? They must have approval from Apple to go changing the colours like that?

    I'll be sticking with white.

I think the problem might be caused by the gloss. I mean you'd expect at least one of them to look OK but they're all god awful. Black is black but it's possibly the worst of the lot (suddenly the pod looks cheap and nasty). So I'm thinking maybe colours just don't work with the shiny plastic. Minis, while metallic, are matte.

I think the black looks good. I wouldn't mind buying one, but I already have an iPod. Too bad.

I am pretty sure that they are painted. They offer painting services for ipods, powerbooks, ibooks, xboxs, etc.

Oh yes, I like the coloured ones.

Maybe it's possible to produce a 'looking treu' (with a lexan body).

Oops, that will be the icing on the cake.
