woo hoo. Mac Plus for free...

Today I got a mac plus, cover, imagewriter 2, original keyboard and mouse, external floppy drive, external hard drive, what looks like a lc era keyboard and mouse and call the cables......for free



old, I know....but should be fun, i've always wanted one. hopefully it works

    I have a Mac Plus with an EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE (OMFG OMFG OMFG) sitting below my desk that turns on, but has no OS installed.

    Can't you download Mac OS 6/7.0/7.1 from Apple ? No idea what the links are (the ones I have are dead ).

    Yeah, but I don't have a floppy drive on my G5.

    yes, you can. however. you need 800K disks and a floppy drive. both are hard to come by on today's macs, fortunately my mom works at a public school with a storage room full of crap like that. so, we'll see what happens.
