Upgraded my iMac G5 to 2GB RAM so I have the stock 256MB RAM stick for sale. I figure $35 + s/h is a fair price as the RAM was only used for a week or so and will give you that 128 bitness since it's Apple RAM.

    Yes I still have it.

There are 2 RAM slots in the new iMac. That's why I went to 2GB RAM, because for me it was basically a one-time decision. I didn't want to upgrade to 1GB RAM then find out it wasn't enough for me to have all the RAW files I want to work on open at the same time.

I got them at Newegg.com . This is the page for the RAM I used.

This RAM is sold by Patriot Memory, www.patriotmem.com The RAM's model # = PSD1G400 and this RAM's .pdf file (with dimensions and full technical specs) can be found at http://www.pdpsys.com/products/PSD1G400333266.pdf

I don't have anything to do with either of these companies. I just find the RAM to be working fine, no glitches, weird errors, kernel panics or anything. I'm satisfied.
