ibook(os9) -tangerine color can't connect 2 www

Hey my friend has one of those classic ibooks thats tangerine colored running os9 and has airport in it so it can go wireless. He also has a wireless router.



I looked at his computer and saw that he was getting the signal just fine. But IE doesnt' work.. and all internet connection doesnt' seem to work. WEP password was entered correctly. Apple Talk was enabled. Whats wrong?

    I remember the school gave us those for half a year and then took them back.

    Well, it may be that the software won't allow it or even support it. I've only connected to an aiport on OS 9, so...
