Community getting together to giveaway iPods

I have came across this interesting site.



They are trying to get around 80 (or 60 for iPod Mini) people to contribute around 5 bucks each, and are one of that 80 (or 60 ) people will get the new iPod at the end.

    Finally, an iPod giveaway that doesn't smell like week-old fish.



    But I really wonder how much is going to the founders of this project...probably a lot of it.

    What ever happened to the idea of working for what you want? I am not old fashioned, I cant be, I am only 19!



    My parents taught me to hummm...uh...what is the word...SAVE UP FOR WHAT YOU WANT!



    It is this something for nothing mentality that leads to freeipod spam and crap like it.



    As I have stated before I am saveing for a yet to be determined mac, Sure i would love to have it dropped in my lap for free now but if I have to wait and save then I will surely appreciate it more.
