Airport Express w/ other Meida not just itunes

Well I guess thats almost a complete question. Here is what I want to do, I have VLC and I would love to have that go through my stereo.. will only iTunes play with the airport express?

    Right now it can not be done, no matter how handsome I am.



    Hopefully this feature will be added in the future with a firmware update.

    I find it odd that Only iTunes does this.. you'd think Apple would have added this feature to all its internal software.. quicktime, DVD Player ect..

    Well I'm still very happy with the Express, now if only I knew more about XP to get my girl friends Toshiba Lap-top to play nice.
