Radeon Update Problems
Hi everyone.
I installed the recently released Radeon updates in September. There was a ROM Update and a Control Panel update. Problem is, since installing the updates, my monitor connected to the Radeon would start to display jumbled graphics after awhile, and now the computer freezes if it's been asleep for a lengthy amount of time (say, overnight).
My system: Quicksilver G4/733, 1GB RAM, Mac OS 10.3.5. The Radeon PCI card drives my secondary monitor (primary monitor uses the GeForceMX AGP card).
Anyone else have this problem or have any ideas for a solution, short of taking out the card? Is there a way to go back to the previous firmware?
