Cloning a hard drive

If I want to change my original internal hard drive in my Powermac, is there a software program for OS X that I can clone what's on my current drive and then transfer it to the new drive?

Would there be any problem accomplishing this?

Yeah we used to do it all the time at hte school I work for. The downside... the way we used to do it would only allow for a clone of 2 gig. If you still interested I will post some instructions

<a href="http://www.bombich.com"; target="_blank">www.bombich.com</a> has an application called Carbon Copy Cloner. Works like a charm for OS X.

I second the carbon copy cloner. It works really well and it's extremely easy to use. I just used it to clone a my brother's HD to his wife ibook. That program is really the only way to go.
