Making a Photo slideshow on DVD with titles
I've got a library of >1000 pictures with titles, and I want to make a DVD of them, with the titles displayed with the pictures. I can't seem to find a way to do it - there seem to be many ways of making a slideshow dvd:-
1) Just in iDVD, create a slideshow there
2) In iMovie, create a slideshow, render it to quicktime and use that in iDVD
3) In iPhoto, export a slideshow to QuickTime and use that in iDVD
None of these methods seems to allow for the title of the photos to be used (like you can in iPhoto in the slideshow options - these don't seem to be honoured when you export to quicktim). Is there something I'm missing? I know I could retitle all the photos in iMovie, but that would be very time consuming. Is there an AppleScript available to automate this? Alternatively, is there some other software you could recommend for the job?
