New iMac Speakers

Hello,



I have a G4 imac, and I would really like to buy some new speakers. I want them to be much louder, because the apple-pro speakers do not suffice. I would also want a much higher range of sounds. So does the imac support soround sound or just 2 speakers, and wat about a subwoofer.

    Just go to the Apple store and search for Speakers, you will get 34 results all of which will work. My friend has those Creature JBL and man do they sound great, if only they made them in the titanium finish I'll be all over those for my PowerMac G5 Dual 2.0Ghz Rev. B.

    I found adding an iSub really was all I needed. It gave it that extra bass and filled in the sound overall, but everyone is different.

    I have the 17" inch powerbook, with creature speakers. They rock! They look cool, match the grey color of apple and are small for the sound they put out. they aren't going to fill an entire house, but they'll do just fine in slightly smaller space.
