    first half of 2005, no more info beyond that that is offical.

    Hmmm.... I'm was hoping to buy a new laptop in Jan/Feb... doesn't look like Tiger would be out by then....

    Unlike Windows, Mac OS X is easy to upgrade (click the installer and wait half an hour while it completes). So I don't see any reason to wait. Get an iBook G4 now.
