stickies data from LaCie

Hi, i had my computer fixed by apple (during which they updated me to panther) and they deleted everything from my computer. I thought this was all okay since i had backed everything up on my LaCie external hard drive, but when i went to open my stickies to use the stuff i had put in them, they were still there, but ALL my info. was gone! what do i do? I had some very important things in my stickies, which is why i backed them up (well i thought i had)!

    So the stickies are there, as in windows, but the data inside them is gone?



    Moving to Genius Bar, btw...

    yeah, i can open the stickies just fine and i can create news ones, it's just that my old ones (the data from them)are gone (so sad!)

    At least on my computer, the stickies info is stored in ~/Library/StickiesDatabase. So I would do a search for such a file and see what you can't find.

    If you haven't backed your ~/Library onto your LaCie then your previous Sticknotes are ...er... gone.
