Audio Sync Issue, Please Help

I got a Video file off the net two days ago and today when i went to look at it's audio was out of sync by 2 to 3 secs from the video...it's a .mpg file....any way of fixing this in someway?



It's comedy and the out of sync makes it lose it's punch :-(
