6800 U + 10.3.6 problems ?

I'm doing an ongoing study on the 6800 U in G5s (and by ongoing study, I mean being constantly screwed over).



I just got a report that, after installing 10.3.6, somehow option-booting caused the card to be disabled until a boot drive is chosen.



Anyone else have problems with this?
