5400 rpm is it worth it?

I am going to buy the new 1 GHz Tibook, yummy. But I am wondering about the harddrive. Is it worth the extra cash to invest in a 5400 rpm harddrive, will I notice any diffrence? and the 7200 rpm from IBM...
