ATA 133 card for an older G4 tower?

I have a G4 350MHz AGP tower with a 1GHz upgrade and 2 ATA 100/133 hard drives (80GB & 120GB). I would like to install another hard drive or two so I would obviously need a controller card, but if I get a ATA 133 card will I see much of a system improvement vs. a ATA 100 or even a ATA 66 card?

    i'd check with sonnet technology, they make a number of good mac cards, though other companies might be cheaper, it's something like www.sonnettech.com or something
