I have a 1 year old 800MHz iMac G4, and want to buy memory for it. What kind does it take?

It appears that I would need the following memory:
512MB PC2100 DDR266 200pin, Low Profile 16 Chip 32x8 DDR SODIMM
However, my supplier only has this as DDR400. Does it make a difference if it is higher spec'ed?

I don't think it'll make a difference but you want to insure that your supplier will allow you to return it if it doesn't work.
I am using PC2700 RAM in my iBook 1GHz with no problem.
