GeForce 3 GTS, how do i use it?
my roommate gave me a 64mb geforce 3 gts agp video card. i'd love to use it. but it came out of a PC, i'm using an AGP sawtooth g4. is there any way i can get this card to work? i've heard of flashing, but i don't even know what that is. i'm worried that i'll fry the card if i just pop it in as-is and turn on my mac to see if it will work. is that a safe trial? help me out guys...

Hello
I don't think it will be a very good idea to put the card in the Mac to see if it works.
Better try flashing the card using a PC. It looks like it is possible (not on Ti cards though) using nvflash.exe...

xlr8 always has lots of info about this sort of stuff, it should be on every Mac users list of bookmarks.
Good luck...
[Edit: OK, link for the guide on the website is duff, but do some sniffing around and I am sure you will find a step-by-step guide]
