PB won't turn on. I get 2-3 beeps. Emergency.

I went to use my PB tonight and instead of the chime and screen turning on, I heard two beeps. I went on the Apple Support discussion site and someone suggested I try booting from a disc. That didn't work, and now I can't get the disc out. Can someone tell me what could be worng and what I can do?

    Low/Dead battery?

    Something wrong with power supply mabe?

    Have you tried to turn it on pluged into the wall at someone else's house?
