Hi, somebody has probably answered this already but is the new Powerbook Superdrive multi-region?

Not multi region, but you can do firmware hacks to do so. I don't remember but it may let you change the region like three times, after that the firmware in the DVD player will not let you change it again.

So is it possible to hack to make it multi-region indefinetly (ie. never get locked to a certain region)

Just keep in mind that these firmware hacks will void your warranty and possibly make the drive unusable if not applied exactly right.
