Scanner Prblem Plese Help

hey, i have a Canon LIDE 30 scanner, last week it was working GREAT. I had no problem with it at all. I use VUESCAN to scan the images..and recently, a problem has occured. Every time i click scan on VUESCAN, it says that no scanner is connected (even though it is) and no raw file is found. PLEASE HELP. Thank you very much

    I've had the same problem. I've found the USB connection on the LIDE 30 to be kind of sloppy. Jiggling the cable where it connects to the scanner or unplugging and plugging it back in will cure it most of the time. YMMV.
