Where can I easily get album artwork of music I ripped from CD's not bought at the ITMS?

    Amazon. You can do it manually, or you can use something like Fetch Art which is available from www.macupdate.com and www.versiontracker.com.

    Haven't tried it but Doug's (scroll down) always worth a try and you can do it via an AppleScript. Seems to be popular.

    Walmart.com and Buy.com (yeah, that one) are great resources for album cover art, nice and big (bigger than Amazon).

    My solution: Google for Amazon and the album name. First link is nearly always to the right page. Then click on the album cover image to enlarge it. Finally, drag the image straight from safari into itunes.
