Anyone know what this icon means? I have Outlook Express open in Classic in OS 10.2.8 and the icon just flashes but when I click the Apple menu it doesn't do anything, just keeps flashing.

    Most likely.

Now shush, both of you, before I send you to bed without any supper.

aeko, I believe that's the icon for VirusShield, IIRC... it's been a few years since I launched Classic.

yeah, its virus shield. But usually when you click on the apple menu it will show in the pull down menu what is wanting your attention.

You micght as well disable the antivirus. Its useless.

I can appreciate that. I do wish I could use Panther but my machine (beige G3) isn't supported and I can't upgrade just yet. I'm going to try and hold out for a PowerBook G5.
