For the past few months when I start up my iBook I get kernel crashes. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Could it be related to the logic board iBook problems? I am running a G3, 700mhz, with 256mb ram and OS 10.3.6

I would try replacing the additional 128mb of RAM you have in there first. The MLB issues are usually related to the units video.

Perhaps the usual houskeeping stuff will fix your probs.

    1. Repairing permissions.

    2. run all cron scripts

    3. resetting PR Ram

    4. Deleting Cache files

    Just to name a few
