HELP...Finder won't run

My Finder will not run on my 12" 867 PB. I have restarted and reset the PRAM. When I log in, the Finder appears to be hung w/the beachball spinning. I can open other apps, but have not had luck accessing the internet from Safari.



What now? Any ideas?

    After several (9-10) restarts, the finder seems to be running again.



    Any idea why this happened? it makes me uneasy.

    I had trouble with that a while back...I couldn't use any program that accessed other files though...like iTunes...it sucked...I had to reinstall OSX...and even then I still can't use everything...I'm about to send this bitch back to Apple and make them fix it



    oh yeah...it all started when I tried to run Updater

    I would recomend booting to your OSX disk and running Disk Repair...also you might consider backing up your files...and try and Archive and Install



    those are the things that apple told me to try...my HD was so messed up though that I had to formatt and reinstall
